Water items are specifically made to help manage your water systems throughout your island. These machines are: Pipes, Water Switch, Water Pumps, and Sprinklers. Learn how to use these machines down below.
Water pipes are used to connect Water Pumps to machines that require water. When hovering over a water pipe, it will display the amount of water being used compared to the amount being generated.
Once these pipes have been properly connected, they will return a teal colored block in the middle.

Water switches are used in order to divert water to the desired locations. Connect pipes through any input side and choose where to output it towards. All it takes is a lever and flowing water.

Water Pumps require a water source block directly underneath them to begin producing water. Place them at your desired location and connect them using water pipes.
Pumps come in Tier 1–3, with higher tiers producing more water but also requiring more power to operate.

To unlock higher-tier pumps, you must craft them in the Workbench. Each tier (except Tier 1) requires the previous pump along with additional resources.
Water is required to run certain machines. No Water = Machines that depend on water will not run.

You can place as many pumps as you want, but you are limited by your available power. Pumps can be placed anywhere on your island, as long as:
● They are positioned above a water source.
● They are properly connected with pipes.
● They are powered by a power generator.
● They have enough power to run.

Sprinklers must be connected to both power and water pipes in order to function. Once active, they increase crop growth speed in the surrounding area, helping your farms produce faster.
There is no limit to how many sprinklers you can place, but be mindful of your power usage, as it can add up quickly. Sprinklers come in Tier 1–5, with each tier increasing the radius of effect while also consuming more power.
